Shipping policy

1.How long will my order take to dispatched?

We are currently experiencing service delays of approximately 1-3 weeks, depending on the product. Thank you for your patience as we navigate solutions to serve all our customers better and quicker.  Please contact us firstly if you are not in Canada, as our international shipping rates must be calculated manually.

2.How long will my order take to ship?

For Standard Service, it takes 3~7 working days to arrive after dispatched. All items are shipped Expedited via Canada Post, unless otherwise noted or agreed upon.  

3.Can I track my order?

One working day after your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email with the courier's details and your consignment number, this can be used to track your order.

4.Can I change my address?

Please contact us (tre4x4bc@gmail.com) before your item has been dispatched.

5.Can I get delivery to countries outside of Canada?

Please contact us (tre4x4bc@gmail.com) to ask for the accurate reply. You will be required to pay an extra shipping cost when shipping to countries outside of Canada.
